Nexus AI CXR is a CE Class IIb certified chest X-ray AI solution. Multi-pathology and LLM capabilities are advancing in Beta. Integrates within the Comprehensive Lung Ecosystem.
Nexus AI is a CE MDR Class IIb certified medical device designed to support clinical interpretation of chest X-rays. It analyses chest X-rays and indicates any findings that are not consistent with a normal lung field, including findings suggestive of tuberculosis.
Detects whether the lung field appears normal. Any abnormal finding is highlighted with isolines and heatmaps, and flagged as FIR (Further Investigation Required).
Detects imaging patterns suggestive of pulmonary tuberculosis. Flags TB Suggestive findings with a confidence score (0–100), using the same isoline and heatmap visualisation.
The Beta expansions build directly on the CE-certified Nexus AI CXR. They perform the same abnormality detection and visual highlighting, then add an extra layer of classification and clinical assistance.
Adds descriptive labels to certain radiological findings beyond TB – with isolines, heatmaps, and scores.
Silicosis – external validation underway with Stop TB.
Context-aware clinical summaries and structured reports. Clinicians add clinical context; the LLM assists interpretation.
The Nexus AI workspace is built around real clinical workflows.
Real-time AI findings with isolines, heatmaps, and confidence scores (0–100). Clinicians switch between overlays.
Live tracking and management of incoming X-ray studies. Filter by DOB, score, gender, upload date, or study ID.
Standardised PDF reports with prediction scores, visual overlays and findings summary – print, email, or archive to PACS.
Full DICOM AP/PA support with automated quality verification. Also accepts JPEG and PNG. DICOM-web and WADO-RS APIs for PACS.
Deploy on cloud, on-premises, or fully offline. Same architecture, same regulatory compliance, same clinical performance everywhere.
Role-based access (RBAC), JWT authentication, TLS encryption, AES-256 at rest, full audit logging. GDPR & ISO 27001 aligned.
Nexus AI is integrated with Healthcare Framework (HCF) and CloudX to deliver a complete digital infrastructure for lung health – from the patient walking into a clinic, through chest X-ray AI interpretation and central radiologist reporting, all the way back into the patient health record.
End-to-end workflow: from imaging modality and patient consult, through Nexus AI interpretation and CloudX remote radiology reporting, into the HCF clinical management platform and patient EHR.
Combined ecosystem footprint across Healthcare Framework + Nexus AI + CloudX.
Each component is best-in-class on its own and available separately. Together they form one integrated workflow, from the X-ray modality in the field to the patient health record and back to the clinic.
A comprehensive clinical management platform covering patient information, workflow management, EHR, case management, telemedicine and dynamic statistical reporting.
CE-certified AI for chest X-ray interpretation, developed in collaboration with Google and independently validated by Stop TB.
A cloud-based teleradiology and imaging orchestration platform that brings expert radiology reach into low-resource and remote settings.
The ecosystem advantage isn't a feature list – it's the unified data flow. One patient record, automation instead of manual capture, and built-in linkage to care.
A single EHR followed across every Care Plan, every clinic, every consult.
CAD AI results, X-ray studies and radiologist reports auto-populate the EHR – no duplication, no errors.
AI handles first-pass screening; radiologists focus only on abnormal cases via CloudX.
Automated referral letters, case tracking and reminders ensure patients reach treatment.
Works on web, mobile and tablet – with offline capabilities for remote and connectivity-limited deployments.
Used by Ministries of Health, funders, and major private-sector clients across 20+ countries.
HCF, Nexus AI and CloudX are also available separately based on project needs.
